Fired & Fused - A Journey in Clay and Glass

This two-weekend workshop is a collaboration with a local ceramics venue, Salish Sea Ceramic Studio!

Dive into the vibrant world of art with this two-weekend workshop, celebrating Everett's rich traditions of glass fusing and ceramics. Under the expert guidance of local artisans Rachel Recker, owner of Salish Sea, and Julia Banker, owner of Covenant Art Glass, you’ll learn to create stunning plates from both mediums.

This workshop is designed to walk you through the entire process, ensuring you leave with a beautifully crafted glass plate and a ceramic plate, all made by your own hands. Don’t miss this opportunity to unleash your creativity and take home your unique masterpieces!

The basic clay throwing techniques you learn can also be used to make your own clay molds for slumping glass.
